Technique no. 1
Thumb Pressure
Using the ball of one thumb, press the energy lines.
One of thumb on top of the other for extra pressure, don't use the tip of thumbs.


Technique no. 2
Using the ball of one thumb, press with a circular movement.


Technique no. 3
Palm Pressure
Using your palms, press the energy lines.
When pressing, it had better extend your arms and use your body weight.

Technique no. 4
Using your palms, press with a circular movement.
This pressure has effect on the large muscle. Don't be shifted your palms while pressing.

Technique no. 5
Using your thumbs and fingers, squeeze gently and loosen up the muscle.

Technique no. 6
Using the ball of one thumb, press gently like sliding.
Mainly using on the face muscle, it is good to improve blood circulation.

Using your elbow and forearm, press heavily and on the large area.
